BANGKOK (FIBA U19 World Championship for Women) - Elizabeth Cambage scored 20 points as Australia's U19 Gems took Lithuania in their stride with a 69-53 win in Group E eight-final round on Monday.
Lithuania kept themselves together with their rivals in the opening moments, but Australia took charge of the proceedings midway through the first quarter and went about their job without much ado.
The win was Australia's fourth from as many games in the Championship, while Lithuania have lost two games and won two.
Rachel Jarry celebrated her return to the starting five with a double - scoring 15 points and collecting 11 rebounds.
Stepanie Cumming who celebrated her 19th birthday on Sunday scored 10 points.
Lina Pikciute was Lithuania's highest scorer with 15 points, while Inesa Visgaudaite scored 12 and Egle Siksniute 11.
